The modern embodiment of US military aviator flight suits is the fire-resistant CWU-27/P.  This flight suit superseded the classic post WWII K-2B lightweight cotton flight suit that is STILL very popular among pilots today..... if they can find one....
The zippers all work fine and the cloth pull tab is perfectly intact. All pockets have black metal zippers by YKK (USA) and there are desert tan Velcro adjusters at the pant leg cuffs, the sleeve cuffs and at the waist. The military grade blackened brass main double zipper is also made by YKK (photo 8)...
The material of the
flight suit itself
is a fire-resistant blend of Aramid fibers.

There are no issues with this flight suit that I could find. It appears to be new, unworn and unwashed.... the original manufacturer's label clearly show it has never been washed (or worn)!
There was some dust from long term storage.. you might want to wash it before wearing.
This flight suit is a recent issue CWU-27/P flight suit in USAF desert tan shade 380, was made in the USA and is absolutely original to the period of the late 1990s through the current day.
