A one week villa “stay” for Vistana is typically 8 days/7 nights but r

Be sure to look at the many amenities available at
the
resort such as restaurants,
barbecue areas,
spa,  workout room, children’s programs, and convenience store. This resort property
has
two large pools,
swim up bar, a
clean white sand beach,
and three
restaurants on
the
property
as well as f
ood & drink service at pools and on beach.
A modern
shopping center across street
has
high end luxury brand stores, American brand stores, local retail stores and many
local and
US based
restaurants
(like Johnny Rockets)
.
A modern Soriana Supermarket to stock the kitchen is within walking distance or an inexpensive bus ride. A little longer bus or taxi ride takes you to a Super Chedraui
Market
,
Wal-Mart Superstore
or
Costco.
All Villas have a fully equipped kitchen, and washer/dryer. Westin bath amenities included. All have a balcony over looking the pool and ocean. During a one week stay the room is “refreshed” only once. No daily maid service is available.
There are no “daily resort fees” but you will pay some minimal local hotel taxes at checkout just as I would if I, as an owner, were staying.
Contact me with your desired dates. I will then confirm that a Villa is available. If it is, upon receipt of full payment through PayPal Iwill book the Villa under your name and with your email address.Vistana will then confirm the reservation directly with you via emailand you will then control that reservation from that point on regarding changes or special needs. If you cancel after that point nore fund is available. If for any reason the Villa becomes unavailable between your PayPal transaction and the confirmed booking (someone beat me to the Villa that was available) I will, of course,
immediately
provide a full refund through PayPal. Ifyour dates are not open and you have flexibility I can check for nearby dates via a Vistana tool available to owners.
