Up for sale is a Walt Disney Snow White Vinyl LP Record Story & Book Told by Annette 1957 ST 3906
See good photo description.  Fairly rare version of the story told by Annette.  The sleeve is a bit rough.  Has peeling here and there, corners are a bit rounded.  The sides have been repaired to be closed up with glue.  The pouch is closed up now as the record holder.  The book is also a bit aged and shows age.  There are some rips in pages.  It took photos of every page for inspection.  The record is quite good looking and plays fine.
