This is a Walt Disney's Pinocchio hi-diddle-dee-dee an actor's life for me song and story 78 RPM Little Golden Record #671 ( R671B as printed on the vinyl record ).  This record features the original voices from the movie, along with Anne Lloyd, The Sandpipers, as well as Mitch Miller & Orchestra.  The Cover artwork features Pinocchio carrying books and an apple off to school.  It also features the original 29 cent Little Gold Record Price seal, which is printed onto the cover.
The record itself is 6 inches in diameter. The cover is 6 & 3/8 inch wide and 7 & 7/8 inch long.  The cover is made of soft unfinished paper.
There does not appear to be any scratches, and record looks un-played VG condition, however there does appear to be age spotting on the record.
The cover has shelf wear, with creases, record imprints scratches, and what appears to be a spot of glue on the back which is the roughly 5-10mm in width.
