The record may be rare with original sleeve. 78 rpm. Has a vertical rip at top, official Mickey Mouse Club logo on upper left corner. Code number DBR77. Bend lines in paper where record shape forms. Creases, a 50 black marker on front. Backside; pen mark, check marks near the song lists. Bend record form. Left corner has several bends, scuffed corners, gouges on song lists. Pen marks near bottom. The record itself is dusty, has scratches more on the lighter side. No cracks or gouges. Light scratch patches, label is clean and totally playable. Great graphics. May have other issues not mentioned but mentioned most significant. Sold as you see it. 10" X 10".
