Kirz boots (kirzachi) are part of the statutory uniform of the personnel of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. Shoe tarpaulin is a composite material - leatherette, consisting of a multilayer cotton fabric treated with film-forming substances. This material perfectly retains heat and does not allow moisture to pass through.
