1 US pin and 2 crossed gun pins for lapel
2 silver eagles for shoulder loop

Ribbons include National Defense Service,  Reserve Overseas Training, superior unit, reserve special commendation.
The 290th was inactivated in October 1985 , these items would pre-date that inactivation. They were reactivated in late 2010 and still exist.
