A Vintage 1970's 1980's Mercedes Benz Steel, With Plastic Center Insert, Radiator Grille With The Badge & Emblem.
There is no manufacturer's ID number on the grille so we don't know the date or model associated with this grille.
This grille has been painted black but may have been originally gold tone as that what shows under the paint and on the reverse side.
This Mercedes Benz grill is in good used condition showing some wear from use. The black paint is worn - see the photos. There are two missing hold down clips, for the plastic insert, on the backside. The center decorative metal strip does have a ding/dent. There is some tape residue on the right hand corner of the frame. The emblem holder on the top of the frame is loose.
The grille measures 28" wide, 11 1/2" high (not counting the emblem) and weighs in at just about 3 1/2 pounds before packing. The packing box may qualify as oversize to some areas of the country.
