?This is a NO RESERVE auction for a VINTAGE 1-1/2" SOCKET CHISEL , OR Slick--which in my opinion is probably a JH Witherby, once you get the dirt and the oxidation off and get down to bare metal.
At the very least, it is a decent 1-1/2" vintage socket chisel, so you really can't lose on the deal.
It's a restoration project, you'll want to sharpen it, get the corrosion off, and put a new handle on it. And when you are done, you'll have a chisel you will be proud of.

I encourage you to add insurance, particularly on the more expensive items.  I do track every shipment, so can tell when it is delivered. If it's lost, it's on

dime, unless you have insurance. Parcels sent by Priority Mail, or First Class, generally, at shipper's option.
Also, please note that I do comply with all rules and regulations, so will be unable to declare a low value for overseas shipments. And items sent overseas, due to the high cost of postage, are NON-RETURNABLE!!! Sorry!
