USS Independence CV-62 O3 Level / Gallery Deck Glow In The Dark Guide Original

Original, unused glow in the dark O3 Level / Gallery Deck passage / compartment guide from the US Forrestal class aircraft carrier USS Independence CV-62.
29 x 10 3/8 inches.
As new, never attached condition, backing remains in place.  There are some faint abrasions to the glossy surface, including one  near the upper right corner that is a little more visible depending on lighting.  As can be seen in the closeup it's not very noticeable.  Except for the glowing one the pics were taken outside & while more visible to the eye in that light the camera was unable to pick them up and they are even less visible under interior lighting.
Charges quickly & glows as it should.  These would have been placed throughout the O3 Level as a guide for finding ones way in a blackout condition.  An arrow indicating location would be provided.
Really cool & HTF item.  Located just below the flight deck the O3 Level housed the Combat Information Center (CIC), Carrier Intelligence Center (CVIC), along with many berthing spaces & arrestor and catapult gear spaces.  A pair of parallel passeges extended along the entire deck creating a unique environment for those who lived and worked on the O3.  Once you've learned to sleep with Flight Ops going on topside you can sleep through just about anything!!
