    Description

    Silverplate candler snuffer with a pivoting bell by Towle in their
    Copenhagen
    pattern. The handle is 9 1/4" long and holds a bell which is placed over the candle flame to extinguish it. The end (knob) of the handle is removeable revealing a hollow area that can be used to store something small, perhaps matches.
    The candle snuffer comes in it's original dark green velvet box with the name TOWLE prominently displayed inside the lid. It's in excellent condition, it appears to have never been used.
