Starrett 15" Master Precision Machine Machinist Level 15” No. 199.  No case / box.
Formerly used by a millwright.
Tested: I placed the level on my surface plate, then
leveled it to the best of my ability with gage blocks.
The bubble was well within one division after rotating 180 degrees. See last 2 images.
Good Used Condition.  Has scratches, blemishes, and minor rust stains.  See images.
These levels are over 0 new.
