There are new studs, wires, light fixtures for dc & ac, updated outlets with usb ports, waterproof flooring, new ac unit with heater, a 20 gallon water heater, full sized fridge, built-in hidden storage, smart TV's, and more. It is a 1 bed/ 1 bath camper with a full size bed and a huge shower. The living room has a futon that can sleep 1 adult or 2 children. The kitchen comes equipped with a cooktop , microwave, and full size fridge.  There’s a fold up table to add more space to the room. The propane has been removed and the slide out has been sealed to prevent future problems, but the open floor plan provides ample space! Everything flows together to fit every need. The outside hasn’t been touched to keep the vintage look! Any/all changes and additions can be accommodated for an additional cost.
