    A great original government issued doctor's Prohibition Liquor Prescription stub for Whiskey...Pint! This prescription stub was open for inspection by Federal Officers! Please see photo!
    From the days of Al Capone, flappers and moonshine this was the only legal way to drink liquor in the US!
    The whiskey was prescribed for Mel Schrisser?, by Dr. Lawrence J. Unterholzer, of Blanchardville, WI, on April 24, 1933. It was issued by the Treasury Department and when held to the light, PROHIBITION is partially watermarked. Printed in red ink is: "This stub must be clearly and legibly written, and must not be detached from the book.
    The prescription stub measures 4 1/2" by 3" and is in excellent condition...a great ditty from the Prohibition!
