Mughal Persian Hunting Scene Miniature Watercolor:
Hunting scene is painted on what looks to be bone.
The matt behind the hunting scene is also hand painted.
The wooden frame looks more modern. You be the judge. Some of the inlay panels have fallen off (see photos).
The back of the frame is fitted with a more modern back, nailed in with tacking nails.
Panel measures 4" X 2 3/8". Matt measures 7 1/8" X 5 1/8".
Wooden Inlay Frame measures approx. 10" X  8". & is 3/4" thick.
I found this art in a local Christian thrift store displayed in the art section. Too pretty to pass up & share.
