Original 1987-91 Julius W. Gates Sgt Major of the Army Zippo Money Clip/Penknife

Really nice souvenir item from the 8th Sergeant Major of the US Army, Julius William Gates. Sergeant Major Gates served in this capacity from 1987 to 1991, so this item is from that time period. Has his personal logo printed on one side. This is a combination money clip and small fold-out penknife. No doubt given away to visitors, associates, colleagues, etc. much like challenge coins are given out today. Made by Zippo in USA. All steel construction, with brushed silver finish. I would probably brand new, but listed as "used" simply to allow for natural aging.
