Lot of ~85 Different State Lottery Advertising Pins Framed Matted

These promotional pins are all different, and from state lotteries across the country.  No Duplicates. Some, like the Millionaire's Ball celebration, are rare.  The majority  are from California where at one time the Lottery issued a pin for every new Scratchers game.  The pins were put in a frame, and matted.  There's a scratch at the top of the frame.  If you just want the pins and not the frame, glass, and mat, we will ship for free.
We only sell to residents of the USA, Canada, Japan, and the United Kingdom.
Payment through Papal only.
