LAMINATED ORIGINAL 1921 ANTIQUE PRESCRIPTION FOR OPIUM, ACONITE & CHLOROFORM
The century-old prescription is handwritten by Dr. C.A. Lutgen of Auburn, Nebraska, and dated February 21, 1921.
Patient: Mrs. B.M. Byrd of Graf, Nebraska
Stamped 82033 in black ink, with handwritten "2-21-21 MLR" in black ink.
Pre-printed on back: FRANK CLINE, THE REXALL STORE
The prescription has been laminated to protect it from damage or disintegration.
