    Description

    Set of 2 previously-owned vintage Gorham silverplate shell dishes with a fish balancing on the rim. These are marked YC245 on the backside. They measure approximately 4-3/4" in width x 5" in length. The shell portion of the dishes are 3/4" in depth. When you include the fish, the total height of the dishes is 2-1/2". These pieces have some surface wear associated with previous use, washing and storage, but no major damage or defect. The silverplate has tarnished and will need to be polished, but I do not see any wear to the plating. These could be used for a variety of purposes, such as candy, butter or relish dishes.
