I am offering for sale this Clean & Ready Vintage 1-5/8" BUTCHER Chisel Timber Carving Tool Inv#GS74
This chisel is marked with W.
BUTCHER CAST STEEL
logo on blade.  It measures 4-7/8" L x 1-5/8" W "

Blade has been cleaned up and in very nice usable condition.... It has a few nicks so it needs to be sharpened to bring it back to optimal use.  It is in "as found" condition right out of a carpenters work shop. The end has mushroomed from use. (see close-up)
A good chisel to get back to work....
