    DESCRIPTION: Here is a vintage, around 1910 I'd say, giveaway celluloid advertising child's top ID'd with .... ALWAYS TOYS ON TOP - VICTOR & CO.  Two young girls (or girl and boy ?) are by the fireplace and Christmas tree admiring Santa's deliveries.  Tiny edge print  is... Bastain Brothers Rochester.  I wonder if they made a pinback version of this Piece.  I believe the main (or only ?) Victor & Co. store was in Buffalo NY.
