SOME BOXES HAVE ALSO YELLOWED/TONED/FADED OVER TIME.  SOME OF THE BOXES ARE IN ROUGH SHAPE, HAVING TAPE STAINS/TEARS, WRITING, CREASING, MISSING/REPLACEMENT FLAPS, ETC. AGAIN, SOME OF THE BOXES HAVE FADED/TONED DUE TO AGE, AS MOST OF THESE ARE NOW WELL OVER 40 YEARS OLD.  THE LAMPS ARE FINE, MINUS SOME SCUFFS AND SCRAPES TO THE BASES HERE AND THERE, JUST SOME OF THE BOXES HAVE SEEN BETTER DAYS.

Note that there is minor rust on the metal base ring on most of these.

While I do clean the base on these before shipment, sometimes I just can't get all of the rust off.  I have been selling these, and have not heard any complaints yet as to it hampering functionality of the lamp

You are bidding on one new old stock in the box part number BVB projector lamp.
YOU WILL RECEIVE A LAMP WITH A BLACK FROSTED TOP. Note that some say 115v-125v, 115v 120v, etc.----they are all the SAME lamp.
All boxes are opened prior to shipment to not only verify content, but to also make sure the bulb is not damaged. That is for your piece of mind to at least know that you are getting what you have paid for.  The bulbs/lamps are checked for continuity on a meter. Please note that, on some lamps/bulbs, the contacts are cleaned for maximum performance. No further testing is performed.
You will receive whatever brand or brands I have on hand. If you purchase several lamps, you  may receive more than one brand.
Some boxes look pretty good for them being old store stock, although there might be a few with stains/tears from removal of stickers, or some might have missing end flaps, minor writing, or just general storage wear, but the bulb itself is new old stock
