You will receive one completed handmade
"Happy Birthday"
Greeting Card, as pictured above, and all the supplies you need to assemble 3 more cards, using your own adhesive.  Four smooth white envelopes are also included.  These are made with Stampin' Up! supplies.  Card base is Heavy Whisper White and comes scored and folded.  Also used Noble Peacock Designer Paper, with foil accents .  Twelve inches of Polka Dot Tulle Ribbon is provided for each card, and brass butterflies add the finishing touch.

Cards measure 5-1/2" x 4-1/4" and are blank inside.
No stamps, dies, adhesive, glue dots, and/or dimensionals (pop dots) are included
