Antique Vintage Wheeling Pottery Ceramic Bed Pan, Rare Marked Item, Very Nice

For your consideration is this Antique Wheeling Pottery Ceramic Bed Pan.
These type of bed pans are fairly easy to find, but finding them marked is much tougher and finding one marked by the Wheeling Pottery Company of Wheeling West Virginia is even tougher yet.
When this item was recovered it was being used as a flower pot and as a result has some residual dirt stains and some dark staining which has seeped into the pottery itself.  The result of this usage gives the piece amazing character!
The ceramic is unchipped, uncracked and unbroken through the glazing.
There is extensive crazing which makes the piece very appealing to the eye.
The Wheeling Pottery mark is on the base, stamped in blue and is fairly easy to read.
Near the mark is a small hole which is an artifact of the manufacturing process, this hole vents a small enclosed void in the pottery to keep it from exploding during the firing process. This hole does not affect the liquid holding ability of the pot itself.
The item is about 16" long, 11" wide and 5" tall.
The ceramic is absolutely flawless and is a sure conversation starter!!
