Antique Davidson Pneumothorax Apparatus Missouri St Penitentiary Historic.
"Wow" "Very rare" not only it from Historic land mark Missouri St Penitentiary open 1836 closed in 2004.168 years open for a long time. Just look up pictures on Google just beautiful. So, what does this do. Crazy this fine piece helps with the lung that are Punctured or a Collapsed lung. This device was made by J. Skylar very know maker I believe made in the 1890. So, Expensive this Apparatus at the time that only hospitals would have them. Totally a Penitentiary hospital it was a must have one of these. I don't know about you but I loved 60 days in. Stabbing is crazy and fast all round. This must saved a lot of Inmates. Missouri has some history of violence in this prison. Famous inmates Kate Richards O'Hare, "Pretty Boy" Floyd, Carl Austin Hall and Bonnie Heady, James Earl Ray, and Sonny Listen. In 1930 had gangers too. Known to be the bloody 47 acres of America by New York Times. Great Piece of American History..........
You got to understand this is a rare treat to have. Piece from a Museum prison you can go and visit. Is interesting for great conversation not one might ever find again. Don't miss out.
I HAVE NOTICED:
This has wear from used.  Beautiful dove tail case is cracked In some places. One piece pop out on case. Might be easy fix wood slide in easy in place again.  Open and close. Case has wear from used. Heavy scratches. Medical tool has gears and chain is off. It looks like chains can go back on and gears still moved with handle. With the chains on glass bottles moved up and down with handle change  Position. There is a long glass tube that is missing in the middle. The glass tube I have chip but still works for displaying. Lite rust on parts. Did a very lite clean. Glass tubes glass are heavy and has stained inside makes a very interesting looked. Glass tubes are not broken. Tubes are still  bendable. Not sure if tubes can be taken off without breaking. Yes, this is very heavy item. Piece has dust and might have a antique smell.
13 pounds heavy and big. I really don't like ground shipping but it could be cheaper but slowest too. might be flat rate could be cheaper. if it more than for shipping contact me I might be able find better rate.
