here is a very old and handmade and hand tooled brass cricket box. this old handmade box has ornate reticulated cutouts and all hand formed and hand riveted / construction. the back base of box has tiny pinpoint dots with the word "INDIA" and the numbers  "90115". as shown in pics. this old antique box has all natural aged patina and looks like it has a high content of copper in it with white oxidation spots in places in crevices and on the inside mostly. brass box measures 5" x 3 1/2" x 2 1/4" and 4" to top of handle. the box sits flat but has a slight wobble from back left side leg to front right side leg. the inside hand formed upper edge strip border has a few bows in places as shown in pics. a very nice old early 20th century brass box. please view all pics and read full item condition.
