Dual-Side 3.6" x 1" Reference Flat
accurate to 1 micro-inch (1/10th wave band).   Made from UV grade fused silica, this optical window has the hardness, & low expansion coefficient for your project needing a precision
reference flat or

.  You can't make what you can't measure
so this will give you the ability to guarantee flatness.   Side 1 and side 2 are
very parallel
to much less than 10 arc sec.   I tested the
parallelism
and after 80 feet there was no
separation
of reflected laser beam off of the front and back surface; the two reflected spots were still round and had 1 interference fringe.  I also used a known part made by CVI laser with a spec of <10 arc sec parallelism and that had visible separation which had the front and back reflected spots making an oval shape after the same distance.  This has a protective coating on each side.
