-- First of all, please use empty capsule to try. If the water can come out then the lid is not block, just do not use extra fine ground coffee to try. If the water can not come out then the lid suppose to be block, use our brush to clean the lid till the water can come out.
2. Capsule can not fit to my machine, what should I do?
-- Please contact me with your SPECIFIC machine model for help.
3. I can not make CREMA coffee, what should I
do?
-- First of all, please check which version you bought, only the supreme version and crema version can make crema coffee. If you did buy the right version then please use FINE and DEEP ROAST ground coffee to try (Use the coffee tamper to press would make it better).
